About Us
Welcome to Hoppy Hour Mobile Bar — your go-to mobile bartending service that brings the party to you! We’re Kiersten and Seth, we are certified, insured bartenders who have turned our shared love for craft cocktails and exceptional service into a one-of-a-kind mobile bar experience.
Our mission is simple: to make your event unforgettable. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, birthday party, or any special occasion, we believe every gathering deserves to have a personal touch with custom drinks and excellent service. With our mobile bar, you don’t have to worry about a thing — we’ve got you covered from setup to the last round of drinks.

Our Services
Basic Service
Event Setup Fee: $1000
Hoppy Hour Mobile Bar will service your bar up to 5 hours, including:
One bartender and one barback
Insurance
Travel (no maximum—Ohio only)
Preparation
One on one zoom calls with a complete shopping list
Bar setup (portable bar and two tables with tablecloths) and tear down
Garnishes (limes, lemons, oranges, cherries, and olives)
Cups (12 oz, 9 oz, 1 oz), napkins, straws
Coolers
Ice for all cocktails and beer/wine
*You are required to provide alcohol per state laws and regulations.
Add On Services
*Some options are variable based on number of guests
$300 Additional Bartender: Required for events larger than 75 guests
$200 Additional Hour of Bar Service: Maximum of 3 additional hours
$1 Per Person Water Station: We will supply a self-serve water station with plastic cups
$2 Per Person Basic Mixer Package: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Soda Water, Tonic Water, Lemonade, Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice, and Lemon Juice
$3 Per Person Signature Mixer Package: Mixers and garnishes for signature drinks (price can vary based on complexity of signature drinks)
$3 Per Person Table Wine Service: We will go around to everyone at dinner and offer wine*
$3 Per Person Champagne Toast Service: We will pour the champagne supplied and supply plastic champagne flutes for your guests*
